    When selecting CDC puffs for fly tying, it's important to consider the type of fly you are creating. CDC puffs are ideal for fly bodies, mayfly wings, and classic parachutes. They are available in various colors and can be used in different ways, such as tied in with the butt of the feather against the hook shank for a normal looking para post or inverted to form a "globe" for a puff ball of fibers that traps air. Each pack contains 0.3g of puffs, which are packed with dozens of plumes.
