Product detailed description
CDC GEL is a precisely dosable dry fly floatant. It is ideal for F-Flies, CDC caddis, emergers and small duns. It keeps the fly dry and floating for a long time without matting the feathers. The gel is easy to dose and stays exactly where you put it, so you can treat only the wing or just the part of the fly that should float.
How to use

Make sure the fly is dry before treatment.

Squeeze only a very small amount onto your fingertip – a pinhead-sized drop is enough.

Rub the gel between your fingers and lightly stroke it over the fly.

Never apply a thick layer to CDC feathers, as the fibres would stick together and lose their function. Gently fluff them up after treatment.
